Authentic Pit BBQ in Port Gamble’s Historic Service Station

Enjoy award winning BBQ right here in Kitsap County. While we specialize in Carolina style Pulled Pork, Mike’s Four Star BBQ also features Angus Beef Brisket (sliced to order), dry rubbed, meaty pork spare ribs and smoked dark meat chicken 1/4s. Our garlic Cajun sausage is handmade on site and is  Mike’s own recipe. Juicy ½-lb. Angus burgers, delicious potato skins and mouthwatering salads are also on the menu.  Don’t forget to try our tasty potato chips, sweet potato fries and spicy deep fried dill pickle chips.
